Sean Ulrich

Sean is an attorney that has focused his practice on the creative and business rights of clients, helping to build, manage and leverage their intellectual property assets. Specifically, as Senior Counsel at Morrison Cooper LLP, he provides a full range of counseling, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and dispute resolution services in connection with business and intellectual property matters, trademarks in particular. He has experience representing clients throughout a wide range of industries from fashion to consumer electronics, and even sports and fitness, to list a few. Sean's interest in creative rights and intellectual property started early in law school and stayed a focus throughout, leading to taking positions with the USPTO's Clinical Program as well as legal non-profits focused on artist and content creator rights.

A Houston native and lifelong die-hard Astros fan, Sean understands the importance of brand building, and the need for a creative perspective along the way in that pursuit.
