Kat is driven by a passion for business and a commitment to resolving issues through strategic problem-solving rather than relying on protracted legal battles. At California State University, Northridge, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Law and Marketing before graduating from Loyola Law School in 2019.

Since then, Kat has devoted herself to assisting entrepreneurs, landlords, and employers. Her expertise extends to litigating business, real estate, and contract disputes, with a primary focus on steering clients away from costly and protracted litigation. In addition, she has facilitated the organization of numerous business entities, ensuring their legal compliance and fostering growth.
