At California State University, Northridge, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Law and Marketing before graduating from Loyola Law School in 2019.
Since then, Kat has devoted herself to assisting entrepreneurs, landlords, and employers. Her expertise extends to litigating business, real estate, and contract disputes, with a primary focus on steering clients away from costly and protracted litigation. In addition, she has facilitated the organization of numerous business entities, ensuring their legal compliance and fostering growth.
Kat's expertise encompasses a wide range of corporate governance and finance aspects, including corporate structuring and restructuring, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, as well as handling real property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, and general dispute resolution.
