Adam Gertz

Biography

Throughout Adam's career, he has been a tireless advocate for player and creator rights and has negotiated hundreds of player and content creator agreements with top tier esports orgs along with countless brands, agencies, and production companies. In addition to his work in esports, Adam also oversees much of Morrison Cooper's video game and entertainment practice and has successfully represented numerous game publishers and developers in all manner of transactions including game publishing, employment and contractor matters, IP and merchandise licensing, and, when necessary, disputes. As to the latter, Adam has brokered settlements for numerous clients, without the need to resort to costly, uncertain, and time consuming litigation.In his free time, when he's not playing the latest open world masterpiece or being carried in an FPS by his friends and colleagues, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, his two daughters, and their dog Cora.
